番号 win のウィンドウの、 第 0 レイヤーの、 長方形の範囲 $[\texttt{xmin},\texttt{xmax}]\times[\texttt{ymin},\texttt{ymax}]$ を PostScript 形式で、 ``mygraph.eps'' という名前のファイルに保存するには、

PostScript 形式での保存 (二つの方法)

  eggx_saveimg(win, 0, xmin, ymin, xmax, ymax, "convert", 256, "mygraph.eps");

  eggx_saveimg(win, 0, xmin, ymin, xmax, ymax, "pnmtops -noturn -rle",
               256, "mygraph.eps");

こうしてできた ``mygraph.eps'' は、 Ghostscript (コマンドとしては ggv や gv など) 表示できるし、 PostScript プリンターへ送ることで印刷も出来るし (lp mygraph.eps で OK)、 TEX 文書への取り込みも簡単である。
